Urban Outfitters on Tuesday reported lower-than-expected earnings in the fourth quarter and said it expects comparable sales to moderate slightly this year as it reviews its namesake brand. Shares of the apparel retailer dropped 9.9%, to $42.50, in after-hours trading.
Beyond Meat said it would cut costs and take other steps to boost its results amid sliding sales. Shares of the meat-alternative maker surged 72%, to $12.93, in after-hours trading.
Boston Beer guided for lower-than-expected earnings per share this year and said Chief Executive Dave Burwick would retire. Shares of the brewer of Sam Adams declined 11%, to $330.00, in after-hours trading.
Progyny’s guidance for the first quarter and full year 2024 came in shy of estimates. Shares of the fertility and women’s health benefits company fell 8.1%, to $37.50, in after-hours trading.
