The American depositary receipts of commerce media company Criteo were trading higher on Nasdaq Wednesday, after the company reported what is said were record fourth-quarter financial results.
The ADRs were 17% higher at $30.66 in early afternoon trading. The ADRs had traded as low as $30.11 and as high as $32.82 earlier in the session.
Before the bell Wednesday, the company reported fourth-quarter earnings per share of $1.02 on revenue of $566 million. In the year-ago period, the company reported EPS of 25 cents on revenue of $564 million.
The company also said it has increased its share buyback authorization by $150 million.
