Cavco Industries said union-represented employees at its Emlenton, Pa., manufacturing plant, have chosen to go on strike.
Cavco said a collective bargaining agreement between Pennwest TCC and The International Association of Machinists expired as of Thursday.
Cavco said it is “eager to get back to the negotiating table and continue bargaining in good faith toward a contract that recognizes the Company’s commitment to our employees.” It expects negotiations to resume early next week.
