Shares of AppFolio were trading higher in the after-hours market, following the release of fourth-quarter financial results that bested some analysts’ estimates.
Shortly after 6 p.m. EST, the software company’s shares had risen 7.5% to $187.48. The stock ended the day’s regular session with a 1.2% loss at $174.38.
After the bell, the company reported fourth-quarter earnings per share of 83 cents on revenue of $171.8 million. Analysts were expecting EPS of 33 cents, according to FactSet.
In the year-ago period, the company reported a loss of 56 cents per share on revenue of $124 million.
The company also said it was expecting fiscal year 2024 revenue in a range of $755 million to $765 million.
