Thank you, Gigi. Good morning, everyone, and welcome to CT REIT’s Third Quarter Investor Conference Call. I am pleased to report that Q3 was once again a healthy and stable quarter for CT REIT. Lesley and Jodi will provide the details, but at a high level, our occupancy, renewal spreads, payout ratio and credit metrics were all relatively in line with our results for the past few quarters.
