Shares of Tarsus Pharmaceuticals were trading in the red in Thursday’s after-hours session, following news the company commenced an underwritten public offering for $100 million of its common stock and warrants.
After the bell, Tarsus shares had fallen 11% to trade at $34.01. Shares closed the day’s regular session at $38.22, rising less than 1%.
Tarsus has a market cap of $1.3 billion, 34.22 million shares outstanding and a public float of 25.49 million shares.
